Caroline Sebastiani entered real estate after a successful career as an account executive with Fortune 500 companies, including Xerox and United States Surgical. When she joined Sotheby’s International Realty® in 2004, she brought with her a powerful blend of sales expertise, logistical precision, and an exceptional ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients. Her long-standing affiliation with one of the world’s most prestigious brokerage brands continues to provide her with unmatched global reach and marketing strength.
A longtime resident of the Napa–Sonoma Wine Country, Caroline has built an extraordinary career representing estate homes, vineyards, and land throughout the region. Over more than two decades, she has earned a reputation for discretion, deep market knowledge, and consistent top-tier performance. Her work has been featured in distinguished publications such as The Wall Street Journal, and her record-setting achievements include:
• The highest-priced residential sale in Sonoma County history at $35 million
• Sonoma’s highest residential sale of 2023 at $14.75 million
• A $10 million Healdsburg estate sale in 2024
• A $26 million off-market transaction in 2025 — one of the year’s most notable Bay Area luxury closings
In 2025, Caroline also represented both buyer and seller in one of the top three sales within Sonoma proper: a marquee Eastside estate held by a long-established legacy family. The landmark transaction further solidified her standing as one of Wine Country’s leading luxury agents, entrusted with the region’s most significant and private properties.
As one of Sonoma’s top real estate professionals, Caroline has surpassed $1 billion in career sales. Together with her team member, Charlie Luna, she specializes in high-end real estate and consistently ranks among the leaders in both total revenue and client satisfaction.
Deeply committed to her family and community, Caroline lives in Sonoma with her husband, Jonathan, and their four (almost) grown children. Their philanthropic involvement includes support for the Sonoma Valley Speaker Series, Sonoma Valley Authors Series, The Branson School, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Columbia University, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Caroline and Jonathan are also the owners of The Sonoma Stompers Baseball Club, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports numerous Sonoma Valley youth nonprofits and provides a beloved community tradition each year.
